Overview

This week they research Haenam's specialty produce, laver, an edible seaweed that’s one of the most popular ingredients in Korea. After listening to the hardships of farmers, they study hard to come up with dishes. With that, they try making laver bugak, laver pancakes, laver stew, and laver noodles.
