Gongju Part 1

Overview

This week, Mr. Baek and his apprentices visit a new region, Gongju. Gongju in Chungcheongnam-do is famous for its marrons and strawberries. Mr. Baek runs here and there to figure out ways to help marron farmers who are financially-struck by a drop in the price. As always, Se Hyeong comes up with a creative and tasty recipe using marrons!
