Overview

Nicki Chapman helps a buyer who is being supported on the house hunt by her daughter. She has a budget of £475,000 with which to up sticks from Edinburgh's city centre in favour of a rural life in the Oxfordshire countryside. Nicki also hits the road and visits the humble manor house of the pioneering motor man William Morris.
