Overview

The brutal murder of two taxi drivers, Eleazar Hinojosa and John Parrish, in two days has cabbies fearing for their lives. Several eye witnesses identify a suspect, but the lead goes cold. Years later, a critical piece of evidence breaks the case wide open.
