Overview

District chief Sabine Kaiser's lease is being terminated. She visits a small house where she discovers the body of a man in the boiler room. When Hubert and Girwidz begin their investigation, the dead man turns out to be the “vacancy manager” for the Hinterholzer real estate agency. Pathologist Dr. Fuchs determines that the man died of a heart attack as a result of a panic attack...
