Teen pop sensation Milkshake film their latest music video in the harbor and the water Police are assigned to keep away the media. Emma Woods joins the dive team.

Frank is forced to act as the getaway driver during the robbery but a sudden change of plans throws off the police surveillance unit and places Frank's life in jeopardy.
