Chapter 85

Overview

Beto, nervous, can't shoot Bruno, who steals the gun. Selma hears a gunshot. Beto flees bleeding; Gabriela helps him. Selma suspects that Diogo and Andréa may be plotting against Bruno. Diogo asks Antônia for help to prove that Selma is involved in the attempted murder of Bruno. Isaura begs a nurse to mail the letter she wrote to Andréa, but Selma tears it up. Diogo follows Selma and observes her talking to Beto.
