YES PLEASE!! We start at 05.00 am digging a large Mexican underground "Barbacoa" and continuing until the sun goes down making "Chicken Mole", "Mexican Rice", "Flautas", "guacamole", "Pico de Gallo" and the wonderful dessert "Corn Husk Meringue".
