Angela Griffin shadows an incident support officer, responsible for managing the scene at an emergency, and cases include a traffic collision, a stabbing and an armed robbery. She also finds out what happens to injured troops who have returned to the UK from Afghanistan, and is impressed by the high speeds of the ambulance
