It's metro mania in this urban episode of Trading Spaces. Our design team travels into the heart of Washington, D.C., to help two sisters and their husbands trade spaces. Designer Vern Yip turns a beige master bedroom into a romantic lair for his newlywed homeowners. Down the street, Genevieve Gorder boxes herself out of a corner by finding a unique way to house a big-screen TV. Carpenter Ty Pennington builds stuff and sews — upholstering an ottoman for Gen and constructing a huge headboard for Vern. See you in America's capital!
