Sini and Tuomas are building their dream brick house for their growing family on a rented plot in Jyväskylä. For Sin and Tuomak, who grew up in brick houses, brick is a homely choice, but they look for an unusual personality in the exterior of the house from the architecture of different eras and the color and vivid surface of the brick. The help of family and friends is invaluable when rising costs and more expensive material choices than planned tighten the budget.
