Gulgule's Car

Overview

A tensed Gulgule comes to the chowki and tells that he hit someone with his car today but the man didn't die and he ran away and believes that no one saw him, just then-commissioner comes to chowki with a fractured hand and tells that while crossing the road in the morning a car hit him and he noted down the number of the car and wants Chandramukhi to find out the culprit who in actual is Gulgule. How will Chandramukhi solve this?
