Overview

Stanley invites an old-school mate, Bones Hammerstock, to stop by for a visit. He discovers that Bones is now a big, hearty muscleman and his wife is a veritable Amazon. Ellie recognizes the couple as ""The Hammers"" of health and exercise TV fame.
