Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet Barbara and Stephen, who after 20 happy years in their riverside cottage in Surrey are undecided what to do next. Stephen loves their Victorian cottage, while Barbara dreams of a new start in vibrant Chichester - where she would hope for a place with a separate room for her drum-kit.
