Overview

Kirstie and Phil help Carl and Katy decide whether to renovate or sell their three-bedroom Victorian semi-detached home in Chester. Carl thinks moving somewhere new with more space for their two children and to work from home that is more energy-efficient would be the best choice, but Katy is convinced they can solve all their problems with a roof-raising renovation.
